A Hygiene Manager role for an international food manufacturer, based at their major production site in Park Royal. The perfect opportunity for a Hygiene Manager who believes that food safety is absolutely paramount.
The Role
As Hygiene Manager, you will:

Lead and develop the hygiene team across shifts.

Ensure compliance with BRC, retailer standards, and internal audits.

Design and manage hygiene schedules.

Act as the site expert on hygiene, microbiological risks, and allergen controls.
The Candidate
The successful Hygiene Manager will have:

Prior experience as a Hygiene Manager or Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment.

Excellent knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety regulations.
*
Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and inspire.
*
A methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
