Title: Hygiene Operative
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Shift: Days
Salary: £30,705 per annum

Hygiene Operative Overview:
Responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards across production areas, ensuring compliance with Food, Feed, GMP and Health & Safety requirements.
Hygiene Operative Responsibilities:
Daily and deep cleaning of production areas, machinery, and equipment.
Strip down and reassemble machinery for cleaning when required.
Complete hygiene checks and maintain accurate standards.
Ensure safe use of cleaning equipment, PPE, and chemicals.
Report hazards, incidents, or hygiene issues promptly.Hygiene Operative Skills:
Understanding of (or willingness to learn) Food, Feed and Chemical Safety.
Previous hygiene/cleaning experience in a production setting (advantageous).
Physically fit, self-motivated, and proactive with attention to detail.
Able to work independently or as part of a team, often under time pressure.
Confident communicator, comfortable in hot, loud factory environments.
Ability (with training) to work at height and in confined spaces.
Reliable transport – site is in a rural location with limited public transport.
