Hygiene Supervisor
Scantec Recruitment are working with a fantastic Food Manufacturing business in South Lanarkshire to recruit a Hygiene Supervisor for their site. Working continental shifts on Days, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and add value with one of the UK’s largest food businesses. 07:00-19:00, 4on 4off

Hygiene Supervisor - Summary of key responsibilities:
Ensure all hygiene and operational support tasks are properly planned and executed safely.
Organising and briefing staff on job allocations, risk assessments, and the correct use of PPE to ensure both scheduled and unscheduled hygiene and operational support tasks are completed effectively.
Play an active role in internal audits and support external audits, including BRC. In addition, you’ll assist the Site Services and Facilities Manager in managing site facilities and contractors.
Contribute to the review and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Deliver results against an agreed set of KPIs, monitored hourly and across shifts. These KPIs align with the overarching manufacturing strategy
Required skills & experience:
We're seeking a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Somebody with at least 2 years hygiene experience in food production. A good understanding of chemicals, ideally the successful candidate would be COSHH trained, but training can be arranged for the right candidateBefore You Apply
