Position Details:
Role: Hygiene Supervisor - Night Shift
Location: Ipswich, England, United Kingdom
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 6:30/7:00 AM
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate nightly hygiene operations and cleaning schedules
Ensure all hygiene standards and health & safety regulations are met
Supervise a team of cleaning staff, offering guidance and support
Implement and monitor hygiene procedures to maintain a clean environment
Communicate effectively with your team and resolve issues as they arise
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2-3 years in hygiene supervision or management
Knowledge: Strong understanding of hygiene standards and industry best practices
Skills: Excellent organisational, leadership, and time management skills
Communication: Confident in leading teams and addressing operational needs
Attention to Detail: A high standard of cleanliness and hygiene awareness
Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and occasional weekends
Industry Background: Experience in the food industry is advantageous
Certifications: Relevant hygiene management training preferred
