Job Description

Staffline is recruiting Hygiene Team Leaders in Milton Keynes.
The rate of pay is:
- Day shift- £16.49 per hour
- Night shift- £17.50 per hour
Overtime is available after working the basic hours and is paid at time and a half.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- Day shift, 3 on 3 off - 6am to 6pm
- Night shift, 4 on 2 off - 9:30pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Hygiene Team Leader your duties include:
- Responsible for thorough and timely cleaning of the production areas
- Effective completion of cleaning paperwork
- Reporting of any non-conformances, anomalies, or machinery failures to the Hygiene Manager
- Take corrective action to control and minimise the risk of food safety issues in the production areas
- Removal of waste product into correct receptacles and minimising environmental impact through adherence to correct company procedures
- Follow correct hygiene procedures at all times
- Follow safe manual handling procedures at all times
- Maintain food safety at all times based upon the principles of HACCP
- Correct PPE to be worn for the relevant high-risk/low-risk areas of the production floor
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by the business

Desirable skills:
- Food Hygiene Level 3
- HACCP - Level 2
- COSHH - Level 2
Experience in a similar role is required.
