Hygiene Team Leader/ Norfolk/ Permanent – salary £29,203 per annum
Are you an experienced hygiene professional looking for your next step in the food production industry? We’re currently seeking a proactive Hygiene Team Leader to join a friendly and fast-paced team in Norfolk.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a small hygiene team on shift
* Ensure daily and weekly hygiene routines are completed to the highest standards
* Conduct regular audits, inspections, and water testing
* Maintain accurate records and manage cleaning chemical stock
* Support team training and compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
* Communicate effectively with management to report issues and follow up on corrective actions
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous hygiene or food production experience (preferred)
* Good knowledge of COSHH and industrial cleaning equipment
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead by example
* Must have own transport due to rural location
This is a permanent, full-time role with core hours of 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
