Must Have’s
* Proven experience in IBA operations, ideally within the Lloyd’s or London Market
* Strong understanding of FCA, CASS, and regulatory compliance
* Team management and leadership experience
* Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have’s
* Hands-on experience with market-facing finance systems
* Track record of driving continuous improvement in operational processes
* Comfortable presenting reporting and MI to senior management
* Ability to support development and growth of team members
So what will you be doing?
* Supporting the Deputy Head of IBA with premium allocations, insurer settlements, and client accounting
* Leading teams in reconciling client and insurer accounts and resolving complex discrepancies
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth, accurate financial operations
* Ensuring internal controls and processes are followed across all IBA functions
* Preparing monthly reports for senior management
* Continuously reviewing and improving IBA procedures
* Coaching and developing team members to reach their potential
