About the Role:
One my local government clients is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ICT Project Support Officer to support the successful delivery of high-profile technology transformation initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in projects such as the Windows 11 laptop roll-out and SharePoint migration, helping to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support across multiple IT projects.
*
Assist in tracking project milestones, reporting, and documentation.
*
Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications with stakeholders.
*
Help manage risks, issues, and change controls.
*
Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a similar Project or Programme Support Officer role.
*
Strong understanding of ICT project environments.
*
Experience supporting projects involving Windows 11 deployments and/or SharePoint migrations.
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
*
Able to work onsite 3–4 days per week
