Job Description
ICT / IMedia Teacher – full time to start September 2025
* Leigh / Atherton area based Secondary school
* Temporary with the potential to go permanent
* September 2025 start

* UK QTS required, ECTS very welcome and encouraged to apply

Are you a reflective and committed ICT, Computing and IMedia Teacher with experience planning, delivering and resourcing outstanding lessons to KS3 and KS4?
Do you have experience teaching in the UK or overseas and hold QTS?
If so, then we are keen to speak to you! We are working in partnership with a wonderful school in the Leigh / Atherton area who are looking for an ICT specialist teacher to deliver lessons on a full time basis starting in September 2025.
Ideal candidates will:
* Have QTS teaching qualification
* Have experience teaching ICT, Computing, Imedia or all three!
* Have a proven track record of rapidly and sustainable raising standards at a school wide level
* Be sensitive to the needs and backgrounds of some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable children and young people
* Have passion and interest in your subject and be committed to the wider life and ethos of school.
* Be available in September 2025 for a full time long term role
Candidates who have experience or are interested in opportunities within the Secondary sector will be subject to Premier Education’s stringent vetting procedures including referencing and DBS checks as well as a registration interview.
