Location - Leeds Salary - Up to £29,000 per annum
Skills Required -
* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of hardware components and peripherals.
* Previous experience within an IT Helpdesk capacity
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities -
* Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
* Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications and operating systems.
* Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans.
* Document support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps, for knowledge sharing and future reference.
