Job Description
Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an Integrated Support Specialist Engineer to join their business based either in Romsey or Woking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead supportability analysis for new and existing systems
* Develop and implement tailored product support strategies
* Contribute to bids and proposals with support-related inputs
* Identify and manage lifecycle support risks
* Collaborate with engineering on reliability and maintainability assessments
* Provide clear ILS insights to leadership and project teams
Desired Experience:
* Background in engineering (Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience)
* Experience supporting complex, low-volume systems in regulated sectors
* Strong understanding of support frameworks and lifecycle planning
* Bid experience, including costing and proposal writing
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
