What You’ll Bring
A broad-based engineering background, ideally supported by a degree in a technical or numerate discipline
Experience with weapon system support models and predictive logistics modelling
Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders
A strategic mindset with a practical approach to managing priorities, multiple issues and delivery timelines
An understanding of support chains from supply through to customer readinessWhat You’ll Gain
Base salary circa £65,000, depending on experience
Annual bonus up to 21% of salary
Up to 14% pension contribution (combined)
