The Role:
So, what will you be doing as an ILS Manager?
Lead a team of engineers through the full lifecycle of a cutting-edge SONAR system, from design through to delivery and support.
Take ownership of a key support contract, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage the development and execution of Technical Assessment Forms (TAFs) and oversee the creation and delivery of robust Work Packages.
Scope, resource, and define ongoing and future engineering work packages to meet strategic and operational goals.
Own and maintain a range of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) documentation, ensuring all deliverables are completed to the highest standard.
Provide support in areas such as safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance, as needed.
What are we looking for in our next ILS Manager?
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
Proven experience in engineering leadership within complex system development-preferably SONAR or similar defence/naval systems.
Strong project and team management skills, with the ability to manage technical work packages and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Experience with ILS documentation and familiarity with safety and environmental compliance processes.
