Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk for our client based in Colnbrook, Office based working Monday - Friday 9am- 5.30pm. Must be a driver.
Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk duties:
Answer phones & liaise with customer
Arrange airline collections/deliveries
Plan import routings & overseas collection and put experience into practical everyday use.
Occasional Invoicing .
Tariff Classification
Import License Check
Prepare Import rated airwaybills in support of billings
Preparing of simple quotations
Checking correct use of CPC's & authorisations
Customs Entries ASM/Gems/Sequoia
Filing
Customs Post Entry Submissions/Reclaims Import Entry and Customer Service skill requirements:
Communication Skills
Ability to use judgement
IT skills to include: Excel, Word, Outlook
Customs Entry and Classification experience
