Your Mission:
Own the entire import/export process, managing all documentation and HMRC returns for high-spec semiconductor products
Prepare, review, and track shipping and customs documents, ensuring accuracy at every step
Act as the link between customs authorities, freight providers, and internal teams
Guarantee full compliance with UK and international trade regulations, including export controls and sanctions
Keep precise records for audits and regulatory reviews
Troubleshoot customs issues, resolve delays, and ensure seamless shipment flows
Provide logistics expertise to support procurement, production, and sales teams
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrable experience in import/export, logistics, or international shipping (technology/semiconductors a big plus)
In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, international compliance, and export controls
Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong communicator and proactive team player
Skilled with ERP and logistics systems (Expandable ERP experience is an advantage)
Analytical mindset and confident in anticipating and solving complex problems
Ideally, a legal background with contract law familiarity
Motivated to keep pace with evolving global trade regulations
