Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for international logistics? We're seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to manage global freight movements from the EU and UK, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate export shipments and documentation with forwarders and shipping lines.
Track and trace freight, ensuring timely updates and accurate data entry.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
Drive process improvements and support team initiatives.
What You'll Need:
1-2 years' experience in export logistics or freight forwarding.
Strong understanding of ocean freight documentation and INCOTERMS.
Familiarity with systems like SAP, ETMS, Edoc, and Expo.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English.
