Job Description

Import Coordinator - Air Freight (Heathrow)

Our client, a leading air freight warehouse at Heathrow, is seeking an Import Coordinator to manage air import shipments and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Duties

Coordinate air import shipments from origin to destination

Communicate with clients, airlines, and overseas agents

Handle customer enquiries and provide shipment updates

Update tracking systems accurately

Prepare import documentation and support customs clearance

Liaise with the import gateway team on daily shipment activity

Assist with resolving delays or discrepancies

What You Need

Air freight experience (essential)

Strong organisation and time‑management skills

Confident communicator

Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off - 2 days, 2 nights (07:00-19:00)

Security Screening

5‑year referencing + clean DBS required
