Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Responsibilities
The role involves strategic development, design, and delivery of major change and transformation programs within Adult and Children's Financial Services (ACFS). Key responsibilities include:
Leading improvement initiatives from inception through delivery to completion.
Planning and managing time effectively to meet defined stage gates, taking full accountability for coordinating tasks required to meet objectives.
Reporting progress to the Programme Manager at pre-set intervals.
Liaising with a variety of stakeholders throughout improvement activities.
Communicating and engaging with relevant audiences throughout initiatives.
Utilizing data-driven improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, to identify root causes and propose solutions before commencing change delivery.
Using data-driven improvement methodologies to evidence initiative success and completion.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization.
Skills honed in a service delivery setting such as utilities, leisure & tourism, or retail contact centre environments.
Flexibility in approach and style according to stakeholder requirements, underpinned by a rigid methodology and reliable data.
Confidence in presentation creation and delivery, with the ability to efficiently articulate a story that provides decision-makers with essential information.
Ability to understand processes accurately and quickly and present them in a format suitable for a range of stakeholders.
Comfortable working with data and possessing a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics.
