Job Description
Job Title: Integrated Management System (IMS) Officer
Contract Type: Contract (PAYE)
Day Rate: Up to £170 per day (PAYE)
Location: Bridgwater
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week on-site)
What You'll Be Doing
Support the IMS & Audit Manager in maintaining and improving the HPC Integrated Management System (IMS).
Facilitate and coordinate IMS Management Reviews and Management System Governance Group (MSGG) meetings.
Conduct and support internal management system audits.
Assist in external audits and third-party audit facilitation.
Ensure compliance with international standards and internal policies across nuclear safety, security, environment, and health and safety.
Provide IMS advice and support across the organisation, promoting a strong nuclear safety culture.What We're Looking For
Essential:
Experience in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental or Security auditing.
Practical experience in UK regulated environments.
Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.Desirable:
Exposure to ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001).
Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects or within the nuclear industry.
Lead Auditor qualification and/or relevant HNC/Degree.Why Join Us?
