An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning legal data consulting firm as an In-House Paralegal.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across derivatives (ISDA), structured finance, and capital markets documentation. You’ll research, analyse, and interpret legal agreements, presenting your findings to internal stakeholders. Your insights will play a key role in developing an AI-driven technology platform that extracts and structures data from complex contracts.
You’ll collaborate closely with business and legal teams, contributing directly to the firm’s innovation and client delivery.
The firm also operates its own Trainee Solicitor Scheme, with candidates selected from the internal paralegal team — offering a clear route to qualification and career progression.
