Inbound Call Handlers - Bank Staff
Daventry ( town centre )
Covering shifts on AMs, PMs or Nights
£12.50 p/hour & £15.00 during unsociable hours
Part Time - ADHOC SHIFTS
We are recruiting for several Inbound Call Handlers to join a busy call centre's team of reserve workers to cover AM, PM and Night shifts.
The Job:
Taking calls from official bodies
Managing diaries through a master planner
Generating basic reports through a CRM system
Handling processes from start to finish
Covering sickness and booked holidaysRequirements:
You need to be living in Daventry, have some form of customer service experience (face-to-face or virtual), be fully computer literate, and be flexible enough to work a variety of shifts when required.
