Inbound Sales Advisor – Bradford
💷 £24,700 basic + £4k–£6k bonus (OTE ~£30k)
🕑 Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm shifts (rota) | No weekends

The role

Handle inbound calls from customers interested in financial products

Understand needs, present tailored solutions, and convert enquiries into sales

Build rapport and trust in every conversation

About you

Proven sales experience (inbound, outbound, or face-to-face)
*
Financial services background is a plus, not essential
*
Target-driven, resilient, and coachable

A strong communicator with excellent listening and rapport-building skills
