Key duties will include:
* Following up on warm leads via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, telephone and email
* Discussing products and options with potential customers
* Converting leads into successful sales
* Updating and maintaining records on the CRM system
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Good IT proficiency and attention to detail
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach
* Self-motivation and drive to achieve targets
