Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join in the future development of a Secondary school working with Affinity Workforce based in BS20. Affinity Workforce Solutions are seeking to appoint a keen and committed Inclusion assistant/learning support assistant to support our students, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially. The successful applicant: Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education Develop a good understanding of the student's EHCP - their strengths, needs, outcomes and practice. Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative. Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills. Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1. Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.Benefits of working with Affinity Workforce: You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience. Support in writing CV's and job applications. £200 for any successful referral of Teachers and £100 for Teaching Assistants. You will receive free, up to date safeguarding training.
