Are you experienced in supporting children and young people with behavioural, social, and emotional needs? Do you want to play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive school environment?
Uniform Education is recruiting an Inclusion / Behavioural Supervisor to join a secondary school in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in behaviour management, pastoral support, or SEMH interventions to make a real difference in students’ lives.
About the Role:
As an Inclusion / Behavioural Supervisor, you will:

Supervise students with behavioural or SEMH needs, supporting their learning and engagement
*
Implement behaviour support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviour
*
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the pastoral team to support individual pupils
*
Deliver targeted interventions, 1:1 or small group, to address behavioural, social, or emotional needs
*
Monitor and record student progress and behaviour, providing reports for staff and parents
*
Support reintegration of pupils into mainstream lessons where appropriate
*
Promote a positive and inclusive school culture
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience working with children or young people with behavioural, SEMH, or inclusion needs
*
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
*
Patience, empathy, and resilience
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*
Confidence delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply via Uniform Education)Before You Apply
