Inclusion Manager - Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the allocation and timetable of the Inclusion Team to meet evolving student needs
Maintain the SEND register, provision map and essential documentation with precision

Lead on administration for annual reviews, transition planning and statutory processes
Support safeguarding work, including maintaining secure and compliant records
Oversee the smooth running of mental-health and wellbeing programmes for students

Experience within SEND or an inclusion-based environment (school experience preferred)
