Inclusion Mentor – Full-Time Support Role in Bexley Secondary School
Salary: £95–£110 per day | Term-time only | Full-time
Location: Bexley, South East London (DA5)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students in class and through small group sessions
* Building trusted relationships with vulnerable pupils
* Promoting engagement, attendance, and emotional wellbeing
* Collaborating with pastoral, SEN, and teaching teams
* Helping students build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
* Monitoring progress and contributing to intervention plans

* Experience working with young people in any setting (desirable but not essential)
