As an Inclusion Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs across the school. What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing in-class and intervention support for students with SEMH

* Working closely with the SENCo, therapists, and pastoral leads
* Creating a safe and trusting space for student growth
* Tracking progress and reporting key outcomes
Ideal Inclusion Officer For this Bexleyheath School:

* Strong communicator, able to build positive rapport with young people
* Resilient, compassionate, and proactive in a secondary SEN setting
* Experience with SEMH (in any capacity) is a plus but not essential
