Your Responsibilities:
Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs
Assist class teachers in adapting learning activities to suit individual pupils
Encourage confidence, independence, and active participation in lessons
Support pupils' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and social development
