Income Collection Officer (4 days per week)
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £27.50 per hour
Duration: Temporary
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a Letchworth based housing organisation, with their recruitment of an Income Collection Officer.
The ideal candidate will have experience of income collection within a social housing setting.
What will you do in the role?
* Taking front-line calls from residents, who are facing rent arrears
* Managing the inbox
* Handling claims of universal credit
* Income collection & rent arrears
Who would excel in this role?
* Experience of rent/ income collection from residents who are in arrears
* Experience of discussing payment plans and options
* Knowledge of universal credit and the benefits system
