Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an Independent Financial Adviser to join is a respected and long-established financial services firm based in Cambridgeshire, offering bespoke wealth management and planning services to a wide range of clients.
As a Financial Adviser, you will be delivering tailored financial advice and developing lasting client relationships. This full-time role offers starting salary of £45,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
Managing and growing a portfolio of clients through referrals, networking, and introducers.
Conducting comprehensive reviews, gathering and analysing financial information to make appropriate recommendations.
Maintaining accurate and compliant records in line with internal procedures and industry standards.
Completing the required number of annual CPD hours, including structured learning, to maintain professional development
Supporting and upholding positive consumer outcomes in line with the principles of Consumer Duty.
Working closely with a professional support team of paraplanners and administrators to ensure efficient delivery of service.
Keeping abreast of regulatory, product, and industry changes, ensuring compliance at all times.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Independent Financial Adviser, Financial Adviser, Financial Planner, Financial Consultant, IFA, Financial Planning Consultant, Financial Services Consultant, Investment Adviser, Independent Financial Advisor, Financial Advisor, Investment Advisor or in a similar role.
Level 4 or equivalent Diploma in Financial Planning.
Understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management.
