Job Description

A rapidly expanding growth wealth management organisation that offers outstanding development and long-term career growth are seeking a Financial Advisor to join their team with flexible working and excellent progression opportunities.

This is a brilliant hybrid opportunity for an advisor who enjoys building relationships, giving high-quality advice, and taking ownership of their own client portfolio.

As the Independent Financial Advisor you will:  

Grow and develop a portfolio of clients with full support from the business.
Provide compliant financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement and protection planning.
Gather and analyse client information to deliver tailored recommendations.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory standards are met.
Build new business via referrals and professional partnerships.
Work closely with the team to uphold company values, standards and ethics.

We are looking for an Independent Financial Advisor with:

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent).
Valid SPS & FCA authorisation.
Previous experience as a Financial Advisor.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proactive, ambitious, and confident in building client relationships.
Keen to progress towards Chartered status.
