Are you a qualified Financial Adviser looking to grow your client base while delivering high-quality, tailored financial planning solutions? Join our supportive and forward-thinking team where your focus is truly on the client — not paperwork.
About the role
As an Independent Financial Adviser, you will provide holistic financial planning to a diverse client base — combining tailored advice with regulatory best practice. You’ll manage and grow your own client bank while receiving support from a dedicated back-office team of paraplanners and administrators, enabling you to focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key responsibilities
*
Provide personalised financial planning based on detailed fact-finding and client needs
*
Deliver holistic solutions covering pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
*
Grow your portfolio through client referrals, networking, and introducer relationships
*
Keep up to date with regulatory, product and technical developments
*
Maintain a strong understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty principles
*
Achieve and record a minimum of 35 hours of CPD annually (including 21 structured hours)
*
Maintain your Training & Competence records and Statement of Professional Standing
About you
*
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
*
Sound understanding of FCA regulatory framework and compliance standards
*
Professional, organised, and commercially minded
*
Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach
*
Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
