Job Description
Are you an experienced Procurement Manager looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a talented professional to join a growing Indirect Procurement team, focusing primarily on IT, Marketing, and other indirect spend categories.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape sourcing strategies, manage key supplier relationships, and influence stakeholders across the business to deliver best value and sustainable outcomes.
The Role
As a Procurement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sourcing and category plans that support business goals and deliver measurable value. You'll:
Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across IT, Marketing, and other indirect categories (including non-tendered and tendered spend above £100k).
Manage supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and contract award.
Support stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure effective, compliant procurement processes.
Deliver cost savings, innovation, and risk management through strategic sourcing.
Ensure ethical, sustainable, and food-safety standards are built into all procurement activity.
About You
You'll be working in a Procurement Manager, Category Manager, Sourcing Manager or other similar role and will have a strong background either IT procurement, marketing procurement, or other indirect categories.
You will bring:
Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to deliver data-driven insights.
The confidence to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing team.
Experience using digital procurement tools and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
