About the role

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a full time Individual Needs Assistant in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Your role as a Individual Needs Assistant is to work with a pupil in KS1 who is in need of additional support on a 1:1 and classroom basis, to give them the best possible education whilst being surrounded by thier peers!

To be considered for the role of Individual Needs Assistant you will:
The ability to engage and support young people in reaching their own potential
A passion for working with pupils with SEN and vulnerable pupils
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
GCSE's are essential, A-levels are desirable
