With full technical training, real autonomy and long-term stability, this is a role where you can truly make your mark. The Role As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a specialist indoor production facility, overseeing operations across laboratory, glasshouse and controlled-environment growing areas. You'll lead the site team, maintain exceptional standards and ensure customer deadlines are consistently met. Day-to-Day, You'll Be: Managing and supporting a small, diverse site team Overseeing production across growing, harvesting and laboratory areas Ensuring quality, traceability, hygiene and Health & Safety standards Coordinating production to meet customer requirements Working closely with senior management to improve site efficiencyWhat You'll Need: Proven people management experience Agriculture or horticulture background (or strong practical experience) Organised, confident and hands-on leadership style Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams) A positive, proactive attitude - personality is key(technical training provided.)
