Account Manager – Industrial Recruitment (No Sales)
Mansfield | £28,000 – £30,000 basic + OTE £45,000 – £50,000
Warm desk | Established client base | Full-time, permanent
We’re looking for an experienced and organised Account Manager to join our team in Mansfield, managing an already established desk within the industrial recruitment sector.
This is a non-sales role — no cold calling, no business development. You’ll be taking over a hot desk with a strong portfolio of active clients and a steady flow of vacancies. Your focus will be on maintaining excellent relationships, fulfilling client needs, and delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates.
What’s on offer:

£28,000 – £30,000 basic salary

Realistic OTE of £45,000 – £50,000

Existing industrial client base – warm desk

No sales, no cold calling

Full training and support from a friendly, down-to-earth team

Based in Mansfield – full-time, permanent
The role:

Managing and servicing existing industrial clients
*
Filling temporary roles across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and similar sectors
*
Carrying out on-site check-ins, client visits, and worker engagement
*
Coordinating with the resourcing team to ensure placements are filled efficiently
*
Maintaining compliance, documentation, and reporting
