Job Description
Join a specialist industrial coatings and blast cleaning business working on a mix of workshop-based and local customer site projects. Enjoy varied work, excellent overtime opportunities and the chance to develop specialist blasting and industrial painting skills.
Industrial Blaster / Industrial Painter
Norfolk (Onsite & local off-site)
* Full Time | Permanent
* £15.00 to £16.00 per hour (£31,200 to £33,280 per annum based on a 40-hour working week)
* Plus overtime earning potential of up to £11,500 per annum

Our client is a well-established industrial coatings, blast cleaning and commercial bodywork specialist with more than 30 years of industry experience. Working across Norfolk, they deliver grit blasting, protective coatings, industrial cleaning and commercial vehicle paintwork services for a wide range of commercial and industrial customers. Known for quality workmanship, specialist expertise and investment in modern equipment, our client offers a varied and rewarding working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Grit, shot and abrasive blasting
* Surface preparation and cleaning
* Applying industrial paint systems and coatings
* Working in the workshop and on customer sites
* Operating blasting and spraying equipment
* Following health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience
* Experience in blasting, surface preparation or industrial painting
* Industrial coatings experience beneficial
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and safety conscious approach
* Willingness to travel when required
