We are recruiting for Dockyard Industrial Staff to work in Portsmouth Dockyard. (Ship Cleaners & Fire Sentry staff & labourers) You will be trained to cover a variety of different duties, as a flexible Industrial staff member.

INDUSTRIAL STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES (Flexible Duties)
* Ship Cleaning: Assisting with deep cleaning on surface ships on dock and water based. Cleaning oil spills, wiping down areas, sweeping and bleaching areas.
* Fire Sentry: Will be trained to watch over electricians/welders working to prevent any potential fires.
* General Labouring: Helping with general duties around the ships and naval base - Will be trained in various areas.
ABOUT YOU
* You must hold a valid Photo ID
* You must have consistent employment references from the last 3 years (until the present)
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING IN ALL REQUIRED AREAS ARE GIVEN!
HOURS
Standard shifts are 7:30 am - 4 pm (Ship Cleaning) or anywhere between 6 am - 6 pm (Fire Sentry). You will be required to work occasional weekends (1 in every 4).
Pay: Monday- Friday £12.21, Saturday £13.43 & Sunday/Bank Holiday’s £14.65.
