Location: Stoke, ST3
Type of Work: After Build Cleaners
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday Days, weekend work available
Pay Rates
• Monday – Friday: £12.50 (CIS)
Due to our rapid business expansion, we are seeking experienced After Build Cleaning Operatives to join our client’s dynamic team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within the cleaning industry with a leading company committed to excellence.
Offering 3-stage cleaning process—Build Clean, Re-clean, and final Sparkle Clean—ensures properties are pristine before clients move in. This role goes beyond general cleaning, requiring specific after-build cleaning experience. As work is conducted on construction sites, candidates must wear appropriate PPE (Hi-vis vest, steel toe cap footwear, and hard hat) and possess a valid CSCS Labourer card (or equivalent).
Requirements
* Must hold a valid CSCS Labourer card (or equivalent)
* UK Driving Licence (advantageous)
