We’re working with a brand-new client — a well-established Electrical and Mechanical contractor to support their next phase of growth across the UK.
With over four decades of experience in industrial and hazardous environments, they’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical projects across petrol forecourts, EV infrastructure, warehouses, and energy sites.
As they continue expanding their team, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Industrial Electrician who thrives in live environments and takes pride in safe, compliant delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical installations, maintenance and fault-finding across commercial and industrial sites
* Work on a wide variety of live client environments, including EV charging projects, retail forecourts, and warehouse sites
* Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance – handling breakdowns, testing and inspection work, and remedial upgrades
* Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and to scope
* Complete detailed documentation for compliance, testing and health & safety purposes
* Maintain high standards of H&S at all times, particularly in hazardous environments
* Keep vans and stock organised, ordering materials and managing your daily workload with minimal supervision
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience working as an Electrician in similar commercial or industrial sectors – ideally utilities, construction or energy
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components – including containment, distribution, and controls
* Confident in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and carrying out testing and inspection work
* Excellent fault-finding, planning and communication skills
* ECS Gold Card – Installation or Maintenance Electrician
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Maintenance
* AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2)
* IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition
* Able to coach and support junior team members where needed
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK (including occasional overnight stays)
