Industrial Mechanical Fitter - Haydock - Permanent Role
£39,300 with OTE of up to £42,000
On call 1 week in 4 with £225 per week on call allowance
07.00-4pm Monday to Thursday and 07.00-1pm on Fridays
Permanent job - HaydockPurpose of role:
Strip down faulty and damaged mechanical components, from motors, fan units, gearboxes, pumps, valves, generators.
Diagnose faults on components then carry out repairs and maintenance on the componentsApplicant Essentials:
Very good experience in repair and maintenance of pumps, valves, fan units, generators and industrial mechanical equipment
Very good experience with AC and DC motors
Very good experience in mechanical engineering related to industrial manufacturing
Able to use measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, calipers)
Able to check clearances and tolerances
Basic knowledge of electrical testing
Haydock - Merseyside£39,300 per annum, plus £225 per week on call allowance, (1 week in 4) superb overtime rates, holiday pay, company pension and incredibly generous employee benefits package.
