Industrial Painter
Salary: £29,500-£34k plus 15% shift premium
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: Monday–Thursday- Afternoon shift
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent
Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Industrial painter to work at their high end facility in Aylesbury. You will be part of a team that will produce high quality finished
components ensuring durability and in compliance with industry standards

Industrial Painter Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
Mix and handle 2 pack paints safely and following manufacturer specifications and COSHH guidelines
Monitor curing times and environmental conditions to ensure optimal finish and quality
Conduct visual inspections and thickness testing to meet standards
Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment
Assist in other areas as required
Follow all Health and Safety proceduresIndustrial Painter Requirements
NVQ/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Proven experience with 2-pack paint systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Familiar with surface preparation and finishing standards
