Your Role:
As a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on expanding existing accounts and driving new business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Business Development: Driving new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
* Account Management: Building strong client & candidate relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
* Candidate Care: Sourcing, screening, and placing the right individuals where they’ll thrive.
* Negotiation & Placement: Securing offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
* Compliance & Administration: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all placements meet legal and company standards.
