Job Description

Careermakers are currently recruiting for Industrial Sewing Machinists in Salford. Key Responsibilities: * Operate flatbed sewing machines and overlockers to produce high-quality garments * Follow precise garment construction techniques for woven fabrics * Work efficiently and maintain a high standard of finish at all times Requirements: * Minimum 5 years' experience working in a clothing factory as a sewing machinist * Solid understanding of woven garment construction * High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail * Ability to use both flatbed and overlocker machines * Experience with binding machines, twin needle machines, or overarm pressing equipment is a plus Location: Salford Salary: £12.50 per hour Job Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks) Schedule: Monday–Thursday (08:15–16:45), Friday (08:15–14:30)
