Ada Meher are currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in delivery of large scale projects. They are looking for an Information/Document Controller, with prior experience in the construction space, to join them working directly with Site Managers and Suppliers on their O&M data collection.
The ideal candidate will have come from a background where they are confident picking up the phone and speaking to customers & suppliers, answering queries and ensuring data is collected both correctly and within pre-agreed timescales. They should also have a background in M&E and understand the terminology that comes with a successful O&M Manual.
The business have always operated with remote flexibility, as they prefer to manage their staff with both autonomy and accountability against defined objectives, so whilst this role is available with remote flexibility there will be a requirement to commute into either the Chelmsford offices once or twice a week.
To Be Considered:
* Prior experience in Document / Information Control in the Construction Industry
* Experience within the O&M Handover space / knowledge of M&E
* Experience working with external stakeholders such as sub-contractors or suppliers
* Experience working on Document/Data QA
* Excellent communication skills are a must
