Overview
A major UK infrastructure programme is looking to engage two experienced Information Requirements Support professionals to join its central Data and Information Management team.
These roles will be instrumental in delivering the programme-wide rollout of Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs). You will help define, develop, and embed consistent information management practices across the project and Tier 1 supply chain partners, aligning to ISO 19650 standards and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Review existing EIR documentation and supporting materials to identify gaps, commonalities, and inconsistencies
• Capture business requirements and translate them into clear use cases
• Create and maintain EIR documentation aligned to contractual needs and ISO 19650 standards
• Develop FAQs, templates, and guidance to support internal teams and suppliers
• Create and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans
• Deliver workshops and user engagement sessions to collect and validate requirements
• Engage with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure needs are captured and addressed
• Analyse stakeholder feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
• Work collaboratively with project managers and technical teams to test and iterate EIR deliverables
• Review baseline documentation and internal management systems to ensure consistency with EIRs
• Report risks, issues, and opportunities related to information requirement delivery
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Information Management Lead

Essential Skills & Experience
• Experience delivering or supporting information management processes on large infrastructure or capital projects
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BS 1192 standards
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage BIM documentation such as EIRs, OIRs, PIRs, BEPs, and MIDPs
• Understanding of the contractual and commercial implications of information requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to champion and embed new ways of working in project environments
• Experience designing workflows for deliverables review and acceptance
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into structured solutions

Desirable Skills
• Experience working within the nuclear, energy, or regulated sectors
• Familiarity with tools such as Teamcenter, Asite, ProjectWise, or MIDP management systems
• Knowledge of data management and interoperability concepts
• Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in capital delivery programmes
• Certifications in Information Management (e.g., BSI or BRE IM qualifications)
