About the Company
I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading Managed Service Provider that delivers enterprise-class IT solutions to a portfolio of global clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to their technical operations team.

The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving customer infrastructure across Windows Server, Microsoft technologies, and core networking platforms. You’ll work across BAU support, project delivery, and occasional customer-facing technical consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Support, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
Administer Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange / M365
Manage virtualisation platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
Handle networking tasks including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and routing
Provide 3rd line support and act as an escalation point for technical issues
Assist in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and project delivery
Work closely with clients to ensure high service levels and technical excellenceRequired Skills & Experience
Strong background in Windows Server administration
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Azure AD
Experience with virtualisation (VMware or Hyper-V)
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPN)
Experience working in an MSP or multi-customer environment (desirable)Before You Apply
