Overview: Working alongside our client, an established injection moulding 1st tier automotive supplier, we are looking for a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to join their team.

Remit:

  * This is a great opportunity for a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to join a forward-thinking company at their modern & clean facility during a period of sustained business growth

  * This position will suit a skilled Mould Setter / Technician with prior injection moulding processing, machinery and polymer material knowledge

Role:

  * Safe mounting and dismounting of injection mould tools

  * Accurate setting of injection moulding tools and operating moulding machines

  * Tool changes and process set-up

  * Basic machine maintenance

  * Tool Trials

  * Quality Control

  * Material section and control

  * Supervision of operators on shift

Experience Requirements:

  * Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Technician/Setter

  * Good experience with injection moulding machinery and robots

  * Good knowledge of plastics and the uses/properties

  * Knowledge of material section & control

  * Technical and analytical with the ability to problem solve

  * Experience in process optimization & troubleshooting

  * Good communications skills

  * Leadership skills and a strong team player
