Injection Moulding Setter
Location: Pickering
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per year
Shifts: Days & Nights (Shift Rotation)
We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Pickering. This company specialises in producing high-quality automotive components and parts for the construction industry, supplying major brands with precision-engineered products.
Key Responsibilities
Set, operate, and optimise injection moulding machines
Complete tool changes efficiently and safely
Diagnose and resolve moulding issues to maintain production quality
Carry out routine maintenance and ensure machinery runs smoothly
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet targets
Maintain accurate production and process records
Ensure all work follows health & safety and quality standards
About You
Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter is essential
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of machine parameters, tooling, and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts
